Real-Time Healthcare Communication Platform
iDoktori
Built an end-to-end healthcare communication platform across web and mobile, with real-time chat, video calls, live client-server communication, and push notifications.

Why this is senior work
Real-time communication only works when client and server agree. I carried one flow (chat, video calls, notifications) across React, React Native, and the .NET backend, owning the frontend and the integration that connects it to the server.
Key contributions
What I built
Real-time chat
Implemented real-time messaging across web and mobile, handling live message delivery and client-server events.
Video communication
Implemented video-call functionality across the application and connected the communication flow between frontend and backend.
Real-time infrastructure
Integrated SignalR / WebSockets for real-time application events and synchronization.
Cross-platform implementation
Delivered the communication experience across React web and React Native mobile applications.
Push notifications
Implemented and maintained push-notification functionality for mobile application workflows.
End-to-end development
Primarily responsible for the frontend, while contributing to backend functionality and integrating the full feature flow across client and server.

Engineering challenge
One live flow across web, mobile, and server
Messages, calls, and notifications had to behave as one experience on React web, React Native mobile, and the .NET backend. I worked the feature from both ends: the real-time events over SignalR, the client code that reacts to them, and the backend pieces needed to connect the flow.
